Black Belt Test Week: Eat!
I've noticed something during the past weeks of training for the test: I need to eat more than usual to keep my energy up. If I forget and have a very light lunch, I'm starving and out of energy by the time class comes around.
Kind of fun to be able to eat what I want, though!
