Workout schedule


Getting ready for the promotional exam, but no ballet classes for two weeks. I'll miss it, and I'll miss the great strengthening/stretching exercise I get from it.

Here's my no-ballet exercise schedule:

Sun (yesterday): walk
Mon: swim laps
Tues: take boys to the pool . . . ;-)
Wed: all-belts TKD class
Thurs: TKD forms class or walk
Fri: dance at Glengarry Bhoys outdoor concert :-)
Sat: promotional exam! Break a board! Do a form! Spar!
